I just received my 2nd awning in almost 20yrs, the first one lasted that long. I have a mobile home the west side windows get the sun 8-10 hours per day depending on the season. It gets so very hot and that's why I purchased an awning over 2 windows. The material is heavy-duty and is extremely durable to the sun and weather with many fabric color choices. Dave the owner is an extremely nice man, who is the measurer, maker of the awning, and the installer. He does everything. Very dependable and honest. I would recommend him and his company to anyone.

The previous owners of our new home had a pair of old, weathered awnings on the two large bow windows facing the street that had been taken down and stored in the basement just before we moved in. Thinking they might be too unfashionable, we were on the fence about whether or not to re-hang them in the spring. We decided to give them a try and found Dave Dansereau at Woonsocket Awning who came and re-hung them for us in the spring so we could see how beneficial they would be. Those front windows get full sun all day, and they turned out to be a huge help in keeping the summer heat down. We decided to order a new set that Dave made for the next season. He dropped off a giant book of samples and was very patient with me while I decided on the color. He spent the winter months working on them, and in spring hung them for us. The new color really dressed up the house and we have gotten a lot of compliments. His craftsmanship is impeccable, and the awnings are absolutely beautiful. Dave is a hard worker, reliable, professional, and just an all-around nice guy. I look forward to working with Dave and enjoying our new awnings for years to come!

We recently had an addition put on our home. Since we had Woonsocket Awning provide us with awnings for the rest of the house, there was no-one else who we would consider for our new awnings. We had 4 window awnings plus an awning over our new slider.
Dave took the time to find the same fabric that he had originally used in 2015! He is a real craftsman and knows his business. The quality of his work shows, as our 8-year-old awnings have no wear or tear (even after surviving a freak tornado). All the awnings look great. Dave explained and showed us what was wrong with the awning we already had. The new awning he installed is way superior to our former awning. A couple of weeks after he installed our awning, we had wind gusts over 60 mph, and the awning barely rippled. Our lawn chairs flew away.
Even though we are retired, our schedule is very busy. Dave has always worked with us to fit into his schedule. Dave's prices are great, and his awnings and services are excellent, and he gave us a pocket calendar that my wife loves. Don't even think about going to another awning company. Dave is the best.
